ST. GEORGE, Utah — Flooding forced the brief shut down of St. George Regional Airport on Wednesday, leading all flights to be diverted for a short period of time.

A photo shared by the St. George Police Department showed Airport Parkway, the road leading to the facility, covered with water.

The airport quickly reopened and flights are once again able to land and depart.
