LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell is once again giving back to his alma mater, The University of Louisville.

The former Cardinals star and Adidas have created the exclusive D.O.N. Issue #2 x Louisville sneaker. Proceeds from the sales, up to $200,000, will go toward funding several academic initiatives and scholarships for current and future Black students at the school.

The shoe is called "A Shoe for Change."

Mitchell has worked closely with the University of Louisville Office of Diversity and Equity on several initiatives. Pro basketball star and former Louisville standout Angel McCoughtry is joining Mitchell in this latest project.
