The United States Geological Survey measured a 4.4 magnitude earthquake about ten miles southwest of Circleville, Utah just before 6:00 Saturday morning.
About an hour after it was detected, just over 100 people had gone to the USGS website to report experiencing the quake, though no injuries or damages have been immediately reported.
An additional 3.0 magnitude quake was reported in the same area shortly after 8:00 a.m.
It has been more than six months since a 5.7 magnitude earthquake and dozens of aftershocks hit Salt Lake and the surrounding cities.
