BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON, Utah — Slick road conditions from Thursday's winter storm caused a car to slip off the road and roll down an embankment into a ravine in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

The Utah Department of Transportation said the driver suffered minor injuries and the car was not blocking traffic.

Crews were able to turn the car back over and put it on the back of a tow truck.

Officials told FOX 13s April Baker that they had already responded to approximately 50-60 accidents by noon Thursday.
