SALT LAKE CITY — The star of Wednesday's inauguration ceremonies has made his way to Utah.
No, not President Joe Biden, but the uber-popular "grumpy" Bernie Sanders meme.
Photos of the Vermont Senator sitting during inauguration festivities went viral as people ate up his "look."
Sitting on a folding chair wearing a brown parka, wool mittens, and a surgical mask, Sanders' pose was born to be a meme.
And it soon became one as his image has now been photoshopped on thousands of photos, including those in Utah.
Utah photographer Scott Taylor spent his day making Sanders "one with Utah," showcasing him in various places around the state.
In one, the senator appears to be as big as Godzilla as he sits atop the Utah State Capitol. Nice sunset
In another, it appears that Mr. Sanders was quite perturbed to be in the middle of good ol' moose fight.
Meanwhile, the SLC Transportation and Engineering Department used the senator to let riders know that improvements to local bus stops are on their way.

And finally, after a long day of legislating and working for U.S. citizens, there's no better place to relax than on top of water tower with a great view of the Utah sunset.
