SALT LAKE CITY — Utah's Department of Agriculture & Food is investigating a pair of cattle killings in southern Utah.
The killings, which occurred in recent weeks in the Four Mile Canyon area near Enterprise, involved cattle that had been shot, with parts of them butchered and the rest left to rot.
So far, Utah's Department of Agriculture & Food has documented 25 cattle and horse killings across the state this year. Most have occurred in central Utah. The agency said anyone with information on them should call their local sheriff's offices. Rewards have been offered for information that leads to arrests, in some cases.
