SALT LAKE CITY — A handful of voters filed intimidation reports with election officials after seeing supporters of President Trump outside a Salt Lake City polling location.
FOX 13s Lexie Johnson shared video of the group on Twitter as they stood outside the Salt Lake County Government Center. The supporters were waving flags and encouraging drivers to honk their horns.
ProPublica, an independent newsroom, received tips of voter intimidation at the location, with people claiming the group obstructed the sidewalk and blocking signs that show where people can enter the building.

However, Utah law allows groups that support election candidates to congregate around polling locations, as long as they do not come within 150-feet of the facility.
Salt Lake City police determined the Trump group at the Government Center was outside the restricted zone and did not take any action.
