CLEARFIELD, Utah — Utah law enforcement officials are asking for the public's help in finding a man charged with rape, sexual assault, and exploitation of minors.

Clearfield Police attempted to Dustin Giles Andrus, 35, last week, but were unsuccessful after he fled and led officers on a high-speed chase. Because of public safety issues, the officers disengaged their pursuit and Andrus escaped.

Andrus was charged with 12 felonies related to the rape, sexual assault, and exploitation of victims, including minors in 2019 and 2020.

Officials say Andrus is known for driving a 1995 red Dodge Ram 2500 with Utah license E149CK and a 2017 white Suburu WRX with Utah license V613HP.

Andrus is considered dangerous and caution should be practiced before confronting him.
