SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Health's reported an increase of 3,318 COVID-19 cases—bringing the state's total to 288,951—and seven additional deaths Tuesday.

UDOH has received confirmation that 55,981 COVID-19 vaccination doses have been administered in Utah.
The state's rolling seven-day average for positive tests is 2,800 per day, and the rolling seven-day average for the percent of positive tests is 32.14%.

510 people in Utah are currently hospitalized with COVID-19.
With the additional deaths below, 1,312 people in Utah have died of COVID-19:
- Male, between 65-84, Weber County resident, hospitalized at time of death
- Male, between 45-64, Salt Lake County resident, hospitalized at time of death
- Male, between 65-84, Washington County resident, hospitalized at time of death
- Male, between 65-84, Utah County resident, hospitalized at time of death
- Female, older than 85, Washington County resident, not hospitalized at time of death
- Male, between 65-84, Davis County resident, hospitalized at time of death
- Female, older than 85, Washington County resident, not hospitalized at time of death
