Utah reports 21 deaths related to COVID-19; 2,614 new cases Wednesday

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Health reported 21 new COVID-19-related deaths Wednesday, and 2,614 new cases.

State officials have administered 23,970 vaccines.

Utah's rolling seven-day average for positive tests now stands at 2,033 per day, with the rolling seven-day average for the percent of positive tests is 25 percent.

With the 21 additional deaths, Utah's death toll now stands at 1,256.
