'Utah Leads Together' Small Business Bridge Loan Program launches second round

SALT LAKE CITY — Many of Utah's businesses are getting some much needed financial assistance beginning Monday.

The second round of the "Utah Leads Together Small Business Bridge Loan Program" begins.

The program uses $11 million in state funds to help out small businesses and non-profits.

The window to apply for the program started Monday morning at 8 a.m. and is open until noon on Thursday, April 16.

Loan applications this time around will be accepted from Utah for-profit and 501-c-3 non-profit organizations.

Eligible for-profit business owners that applied, but did not receive funding last round, will be automatically be considered this round.
