FARMINGTON, Utah — Beginning Monday, all guests at Lagoon Amusement Park, except some children, are required to wear facial coverings as they stand in line for rides.
Very young children and toddlers do not have to wear masks, according to Lagoon's newest COVID-19 safety protocols.
Guests can remove their masks while on the rides.
Lagoon has placed ground markings and signs around the park to help its guests continue to maintain social distancing.
Lagoon opened for its 2020 season on May 23, about two months later than usual, after receiving authorization from the Davis County Health Department and community leaders to resume its operations.
The park remains capped at 15 percent capacity and all guests, including season ticket holders, are required to make online reservations for access to the park.
