SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Health's COVID-19 report for Tuesday shows an increase of 1,201 confirmed cases—bringing the state's total to 348,409—and 17 additional deaths.
So far, 2,035,662 people in Utah have been tested for the disease. The state's rolling seven-day average for the number of positive tests is 1,394 per day, and the seven-day average for the percent of positive tests is 16.6.
A total of 325,457 vaccines have now been administered in Utah.
396 people in Utah are currently hospitalized with COVID-19.
1,685 people in Utah have died of COVID-19. The 17 deaths announced Tuesday are:

"Six of the deaths being reported today occurred prior to Jan. 13, 2021," the Utah Department of Health noted in its report.
