A temporary requirement for Utah bars to stop serving alcohol at 10 p.m. will be lifted and the state's mask mandate will remain in effect, Governor Gary Herbert announced in a news conference Thursday morning.
The alcohol curfew and mask mandate were part of an executive order issued last month as a means of slowing the spread of COVID-19.
