SALT LAKE CITY — Utah's faith leaders have banded together to release a video pleading with people to follow COVID-19 health guidelines.
The video, released Friday, features representatives from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Episcopal Diocese of Utah, the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake, the Islamic Society of Greater Salt Lake, the Hindu community, Jewish community and the Methodist church.
"Over the past two months we have felt the real impact of the coronavirus," said Elder Craig C. Christensen of the Latter-day Saint faith.
The faith leaders take turns discussing the impact on under-represented communities and going over health recommendations to slow the spread of COVID-19.
