Staying active and connected is important throughout our lives, but increasingly so as we age.

Regular physical activity keeps your strength up and can help you maintain your independence for longer.

As we age, our social circles naturally get smaller.

That’s why the no-cost fitness classes and social activities at the Optum Community Centers are such valuable resources.

It's part of Optum Utah's commitment to the health and well-being of our community.

The Optum Community Centers in Layton, Sandy, and West Valley City are available to anyone ages 55 and older at no cost, regardless of insurance type.

Optum Community Centers are health and social hubs for older adults, with workout equipment supervised by Optum-certified trainers.

Real experts teach fitness classes like chair yoga, tai-chi, and line dancing…along with social activities and health information sessions, where healthcare professionals can answer some of your most pressing questions.

All with no fee, membership, or sign-up required.

Visit optum.com/utcenters for more information and detailed class schedules.
