CLEARFIELD, Utah — A 17-year-old Clearfield girl was crowned 2024 Miss Teen Volunteer America on Saturday
Ayzjiahna Wood won after a lengthy and competitive pageant this week in Tennessee.
According to the organizers, the Miss Volunteer America is "a nationwide, service-oriented scholarship program based in Tennessee that seeks to empower young women across the country through educational scholarships and extraordinary opportunities."
The first runner-up was from Iowa, followed by contestants from Alabama, South Carolina and Georgia.
