(WTXL) — Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has announced plans to file Articles of Impeachment against President-Elect Joe Biden on his first full day in office.
Greene, who is newly elected, announced Wednesday that she will file articles of impeachment against President-elect Joe Biden on Jan. 21, the day after he takes power in the office.

75 million Americans are fed up with inaction.
It’s time to take a stand.

A vocal supporter of Trump, Greene's announcement came shortly after the U.S. House voted Wednesday to impeach President Donald Trump on a single charge of inciting an insurrection. Greene voted against impeaching him.
Trump is the first U.S. president in history to be impeached twice.
Though Trump will have left office by the time the impeachment trial begins, there may still be consequences if he is convicted. If convicted, the Senate could vote to bar him from holding public office ever again, which would prevent Trump from running for president in 2024.
Greene, who gained national attention for being QAnon follower, represents Georgia’s 14th District.
