St. George considers water restrictions

ST. GEORGE, Utah — The city council will consider implementing watering restrictions at its Thursday meeting.

The council is considering restricting water usage to between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m., while also urging people to avoid watering outdoors from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m., which the city has said is the time for peak usage.
