Wellness Wednesday: Cutting down on added sugars

SALT LAKE CITY – A lot of us sip drinks we think are healthy – but sometimes one drink can give us over the recommended amount of added sugar we are supposed to have in an entire day. However, there are some ways we can cut back on sugar in a reasonable way.
