Pulled chicken sandwich on a wheat bun

Toni Jorgensen joined us with a recipe for a pulled chicken sandwich on a wheat bun.  She says you can cook the chicken in a pressure cooker for 21 minutes or slow in the oven at 250 for two hours, or until you can pull the chicken apart with forks.  Toni suggests marinating the chicken for four to eight hours before cooking, or use your favorite rub.

Chicken Breast 1.5 pounds
1 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Chicken stock 1 cup
2 cups water
