SALT LAKE CITY -- Most Utahns have not heard of Allen Park.

It's seven acres of tiny, rustic homes on a private drive across the street from Westminster College.

Those who have heard of it probably know it as "Hobbitville," and they may be under the impression it is inhabited by creatures out of fantasy.

Salt Lake Tribune reporter Taylor Stevens spent time in the unique neighborhood in the final days residents were allowed to stay. You can read her report here, or hear and see her story above.
