KAYSVILLE, Utah -- One person is dead and another person is in critical condition after the pair were struck by two different vehicles in Kaysville Thursday morning.
The crash occurred around 7:15 a.m. in the area of Nicholls Road and Main Street.
Lt. Kenton Pies, Kaysville PD, said it was dark and had been raining when Lori Morgan and Andrea Snarr from Kaysville attempted to cross Main Street and were hit by two vehicles traveling on Main Street.
Morgan was killed and Snarr was flown to a hospital. Police said Snarr is in critical but stable condition.
Police said the drivers of the two vehicles are cooperating with the investigation.
