Participants in the Intermountain Medical Center My Heart Challenge: Teachers Edition are now four weeks into their journey toward better heart health.

FOX 13's Dave Nemeth spoke with Kristi Kimble, a physics and chemistry teacher at Alta High School, who is taking full advantage of the program.
