KAYSVILLE, Utah — A gas leak affected traffic near a storage business in Kaysville Thursday morning.
According to the Kaysville Fire Department, the leak occurred in the area of 95 W Burton Ln., near Burton Lane Storage.
Darrin Shepherd with Dominion Energy said the leak is related to a long pipeline replacement project that has been underway for two or three years. While installing the pipeline Thursday, a service line to a single home was hit.
The Fire Department urged drivers to avoid the area.
