KEARNS, Utah – A family of three was displaced Tuesday evening after a fire destroyed a home in Kearns.
The incident happened near 4943 S. Farah Dr. (5385 W.)
When crews arrived on scene they saw fire showing from the back of the home and in the attic, officials with the Unified Fire Department said.
A family of three was in the home at the time of the fire. There were no injuries as a result of the fire, and a small dog was able to be rescued from the home’s basement without incident.
Investigators were working Tuesday evening to see if they could determine what caused the fire.
