Steak with Grilled Pineapple Salsa

1/2 ripe pineapple, trimmed, cut into 1” round slices

1/2 small white or red onion, cut into 1” round slices

1 large green or red bell pepper, seeded, cut in half

1 serrano or jalapeno

3 tablespoons lime juice

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1 lb. steaks (i.e any loin cut, New York Strip, etc.)

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Canola oil for grill or skillet
