Singer Ed Sheeran is facing a $100 million lawsuit over his song, “Thinking Out Loud”.
The lawsuit alleges Sheeran borrowed the same melody and rhythm’s of Marvin Gaye’s “Let’s Get It On.”
The suit was filed by the estate of one of the co-writers of the song. A similar lawsuit filed by the co-writer’s heirs filed almost two years ago was thrown out.
