KEARNS, Utah - A man was in extremely critical condition after a shooting in Kearns Tuesday afternoon.
Unified Police said they were searching for the man they said is responsible near 5900 S. Copper City Dr.
Officers said the victim, 23-year-old Devon Stanfill, of Bountiful, picked up a man in his car who police said shot him near Thomas W. Bacchus Elementary School.
Both police officers and K-9 officer combed the area for the suspect.
