American flags around the state are at half-staff Tuesday in honor of Peace Officers Memorial Day.
Governor Gary Herbert said he is “grateful to the dedicated law enforcement officers who work every day to keep our communities safe and peaceful. On this day we acknowledge their service and sacrifice and thank them for their courage and hard work.”
