SALT LAKE CITY — Local filmmakers Karlie Mathews and Lucas James McGraw visited FOX 13 to talk about their new film "Before Your Time" and The Community Film Project.
The latter is a grassroots, volunteer group composed of locals who donate some of their free time to make family-friendly films.
