Family demands apology after officer cuffed teen with autism in park

BUCKEYE, Ariz. – A police investigation found that an officer used reasonable judgement and force when he attempted to
handcuff and detain a 14-year-old boy who has autism.

The officer mistakenly thought the teen was sniffing an inhalant.
