Chunky Bean and Corn Dip

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed, drained

1 (15 oz.) can light kidney beans, rinsed, drained

1 cup corn, fresh or previously frozen

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1 jalapeno, diced (optional)

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 celery stalks, chopped

2 limes, juice

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Mix well. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or pita bread.

Note: You can also serve this “dip” over grilled chicken, beef, pork, fish or any type of seafood.
