CEDAR CITY, Utah — A fire at a Cedar City business Monday night was extinguished quickly, but not before it sustained heavy damage.

Dispatch received a call shortly after 7 p.m. about a fire at D&P Performance, 110 E Center St. The fire started in a shop area, where outdoor equipment like snowmobiles and ATVs are repaired.

Police said Monday night that the cause of the fire is unknown and it's still under investigation. No one was in the building when fire and police crews arrived.
