SALT LAKE COUNTY, Utah – The Unified Police Department has placed travel restrictions on Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons Saturday morning.
Only vehicles with four-wheel drive or chains on their tires will be allowed to travel in the canyons, until conditions improve.
Officers are enforcing the restrictions and not letting others up the canyons, including vehicles with snow tires.
