November is National Family Caregivers Month. A time to recognize the contribution of those volunteer friends and family members who support a loved one with their health. One in four Americans is in a caregiving situation. These caregivers include spouses, adult children, and other relatives and friends.

Sagewood at Daybreak provides day-stay services for adults who require supervision in a safe and secure environment, during their stay we provide therapy and programming tailored to each individual. The full-time wellness staff provides daily programs that include everything from art, games and music classes, to Tai Chi and Sit-n-Fit cardio classes. They also have chef-prepared nutritious meals and snacks. The adult day services provide care Monday- Friday from 8 a.m.- 5p.m. We offer morning and afternoon transportation services to those who live within a 12-mile radius of our community.
