WASHINGTON COUNTY, Utah - Voters in Washington County, Utah, were met with issues while casting their ballots Tuesday morning.

Lt. Governor Spencer Cox confirmed in a tweet the county's voting machines were experiencing problems related to the memory cards. The issue caused all of the county's machines to be down for several hours before the issue was resolved.

Cox said the polling locations used paper ballots until the issue was resolved.

However, tweets indicate certain locations were out of paper ballots and had to wait for more to arrive.
