LOGAN, Utah – Logan police arrested a woman Saturday morning and are still searching for a man who is a wanted fugitive out of Idaho.

An officer attempted to stop a vehicle at 2 a.m. Saturday morning, but the driver and a female passenger sped off at a high rate of speed.

The couple drove to an apartment building and took off on foot.

Capt. Tyson Budge with the Logan Police Department says the woman, now identified as 34-year-old Dara Pasch, was found unconscious behind a dumpster.

She has since been booked into the Cache County jail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing justice.

Police are still looking for the male suspect.

Capt. Budge says an identification card was found in the pocket of a jacket left in the car, but it’s not clear if the name on the card is the suspect, or if it is a stolen card.
