High winds blow over semi trucks in Tooele County

TOOELE COUNTY, Utah – High winds caused two semis to overturn in Tooele County overnight.

The Utah Highway Patrol said both trucks were traveling eastbound on I-80 when winds of up to 45 mph blew over both trucks.

One of the semi trucks was a U.S. Postal Service truck, the driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Officials said the rollovers were not related and no other cars were involved.
