I have been consistently getting to the gym and staying on top of my diet, especially my caloric intake.
For my health and fitness status, I am so happy that I have been able to reach a milestone in my Losing for Life journey. I was able to do three sets of 10 push-ups, somebody say AMEN!!
I always have fun during the week on "Good Day Utah", but this week had me smile a little bit more with one special guest appearance from Kerri Cronk's son, Carson, during our visit to Thirst Drinks.
My family also shared some laughs with some blast from the past photos of my daughters, and one of a 10-year-old me, bwahahaha!! Have a great week, and remember it's not how you start, it's how you finish!
