3/4 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried chives
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1/2 cup cheddar or Mexican blend cheese?, shredded
1 small pumpkin (i.e. sugar pumpkin)
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Crackers, chips and/or raw vegetables, for serving
Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a medium bowl with salt and pepper. For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. To serve, cut the top off a small pumpkin. Scoop out the seeds until clean. Place the dip in the pumpkin. Serve with crackers, chips and/or raw vegetables.
