Man, I had lots to do this week!
It started with the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium’s annual gala, “Scales & Tails.”
I had a rare moment while at the Clark Planetarium, where I got to hold the moon rock specimen from the Apollo 15 mission.
I worked myself out of my favorite shoes, so at least I think I am doing well with the 5X5 Strong Lift program. I have finally figured out a schedule that I actually like, and it does not feel taxing.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I do weights. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I do cardio. I have noticed a little change, as my clothes are feeling a little roomier these past two weeks.
I watched the CT Fletcher movie “My Magnificent Obsession” on Netflix and have been revitalized and energized to hit the gym, reaching 335 pounds on my deadlift in record time post hip injury, so, thank you to that brother!
