1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup kosher salt
2 tbls celery salt
2 tbls seasonal salt
1/3 cup smoked paprika
2 tbls chili powder
4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp granulated garlic
Mix well in a bowl and rub extra virgin olive oil on which ever meat you are using then give a nice coat of dry rub
