Ingredients:

2 1/4 tsp. dry yeast

1 cup warm water

1 egg

1/4 cup honey

3 tbsp. oil

1 tsp. salt

4 1/2 cups flour

1 cup raisins

Mix all ingredients (except the raisins) into a dough. Knead. Set aside and let rise for 11/2 hours.

Egg Wash:

1 egg

Topping:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp oil

Directions:

Roll out dough into a long tube. Top with raisins. Roll up into a spiral and brush with egg wash. Mix all the topping ingredients into a crumble and spread over the top of the egg wash.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
