Key Lime Pie

Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes, toasted

Filling:

  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup Nellie and Joe’s Key West Lime Juice

Garnishes:

  • Whipped Cream
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Lime Slices

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

For the crust, combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix together. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9” pie pan. Chill in freezer while preparing the filling.

For the filling, blend ingredients together until smooth. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to stand on the counter for 10 minutes before refrigerating. Chill for at least an hour or until the pie is set.

Just before serving, garnish pie with whipped cream, toasted coconut and thin lime slices.
