PARK CITY, Utah – A New York couple accused of forcing a Utah woman into a “threesome” during the Sundance Film Festival is now facing felony charges in Utah.

According to court documents, 27-year-old Anne Hardcastle and 45-year-old Michael Taylor were charged with numerous sex offenses earlier this month including object rape, forcible sodomy and forcible sex abuse.

The documents state the couple allegedly met the victim at a bar, bought her drinks and enticed her with drugs before inviting her to engage in a “threesome.”

The pair was booked into a Manhattan jail Sept. 9.

Documents show the charges stem from the alleged incident back on Jan. 26 in Park City, Utah.

Officials said the victim met Hardcastle and Taylor at a bar on Main St.

The couple invited her to an after-party and she accepted.

On the way to the party, the Hardcastle and Taylor had a taxi drop all three of them off at their hotel room.

There the victim said the couple gave her more to drink as well as Ecstasy and asked her to engage in sexual activity with both of them.

The victim said she was very uncomfortable with the idea and texted friends about picking her up.

Shortly after, the victim told officers everything “went black” and that she woke up in bed with Hardcastle the next morning.

The victim had scratches all over her body, suction marks on her neck and chest, fresh bruises and bite marks on her arms and officers said her lip appeared to have been bitten.

Hardcastle and the victim communicated through Instagram in the six months that followed the alleged incident.

That’s where Hardcastle admitted the ways she and Taylor had sexually assaulted the victim.

Police said Hardcastle wrote, “You said you liked it rough and so I gave you what you wanted.”

The victim told authorities the sex acts occurred without her knowledge, awareness or consent.

Officials have not confirmed when the couple is due in court in Utah.

They are due back in court in New York Sept. 16.
