- 4 (1 lb.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 slices deli ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on each side. In a large, oiled skillet or greased grill up medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard and honey. Spread the mixture on the inside of each hoagie half. Place them, open faced, on a large baking sheet, top each hoagie half with a slice of the ham and a slice of the cheese. Bake for 4-5 minutes until hoagies are slightly toasted and the cheese has melted. Top each with a chicken breast. Cut in half. Serve immediately.
