FARMINGTON, Utah - The hearing for DJ Harrison, on multiple counts of aggravated kidnapping and robbery, has been postponed for three weeks, according to Harrison's attorney.

Harrison and his father, Flint Harrison, are accused of beating and attempting to tie up a Centerville mother and her four daughters on May 10.  The women escaped, and the Harrisons fled the scene, according to charging documents.

The father and son are also charged in Wyoming with kidnapping UTA worker, Kay Ricks, from a Salt Lake City Trax station, stealing his UTA vehicle, driving him to Wyoming, and murdering him.

Flint Harrison committed suicide in late July in his Utah jail cell where he was awaiting trial on the Utah charges.  Police said the elder Harrison gave incriminating statements regarding his son's involvement in both states.

Monday's pre-trial conference for DJ Harrison was continued.

DJ Harrison is due back in court Sept. 12.  Even if the Utah case goes to trial, he will still face the aggravated kidnapping and murder charges involving Ricks in Wyoming.
