- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 peaches, halved, pitted
- 3 nectarines, halved, pitted
- 4 plums, halved, pitted
- 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped or sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the cut side of the peaches, nectarines and plums with the oil. Place fruit on grill, cut side down, for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, honey, orange zest and juice, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg.
