A popular blueberry pancake mix is being recalled over E. coli concerns. Do you have it in your pantry?
Continental Mills is recalling its Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix that was manufactured between April 2016 and June 2016.
The company says a blueberry nugget in the mix is made with a small percentage of flour that was recalled by General Mills for possible E. coli contamination.
According to the FDA statement, this is an isolated issue and only affects specific lots of Krusteaz Blueberry Pancake Mix.
The company says no illnesses have been reported at this time.
If you have purchased the product, you are asked to call the company’s consumer relations team, 1-800-457-7744, to receive a refund and then throw away the mix.
